This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the South Plains, Rolling
Plains, and the far Southern Texas Panhandle.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

A Wind Advisory is in effect this afternoon/evening for the South
Plains and far SW Texas Panhandle. Sustained westerly winds of 25-35
mph with gusts to 45 mph are expected.

Hot temperatures remain expected today across much of the area.
Potential record-breaking heat off the Caprock is possible, with
highs reaching the triple-digits in some locations.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Low chances for thunderstorms may return to areas off the Caprock
Saturday through Monday during the afternoon and evening hours.
