This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the South Plains, Rolling
Plains, and the far Southern Texas Panhandle.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Scattered thunderstorms are expected to develop this afternoon into
tonight, primarily on the Caprock. Some storms may be severe, capable
of producing damaging wind gusts up to 60 mph and hail up to the
size of quarters. Torrential rainfall will lead to a localized risk
of flash flooding.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

Thunderstorm chances continues for most of the region through
Wednesday, with the highest chances during the evening hours each
day. Some storms may produce strong wind gusts and locally heavy
rainfall.
