.DISCUSSION...
Southwesterly winds around 20 mph expected to slowly diminish
through sunset with wind direction shifting toward the west
around 9pm. Wind speeds should remain around 10 mph until a cold
front arrives and shifts winds to the north around 2 or 3am.
Wind speeds should pick up to 10-20 mph behind the front for
a few hours before diminishing once again to around 10 mph.
RH values will be slow to improve until the cold front passes.
RH should recover to about 40% by sunrise on Friday.
