.DISCUSSION...
South winds of 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 25 mph are expected
to prevail throughout the day on Monday. Mild temperatures are
also expected on Monday with afternoon minimum RH values between
25 and 30 percent. A strong cold front will then arrive late Monday
night, resulting in a shift to strong northerly winds which will
continue throughout the day on Tuesday. Much colder temperatures
are expected on Tuesday with a slight chance of frozen precipitation.
