.DISCUSSION...
Winds will remain out of the northwest at 20 mph with gusts to 30 mph
through sunset. Winds will begin to drop to 10-15 mph after sunset and
will gradually become more easterly by midnight. Humidity is currently
at its minimum at 38 percent as reported by West Texas Mesonets near
East Loop 289 and north of Slaton. Humidity is expected to increase
gradually through the evening and overnight hours to 70 percent or
higher.
