.DISCUSSION...
Generally light winds are expected today, although variable in direction
as a weak surface trough moves into the area later today. However, thunderstorms
are expected to develop late in the day to the evening hours, and winds associated
with those could be stronger and erratic. Otherwise, look for temperatures to
warm into the 90s with relative humidity falling to near 45 percent at the time
of peak heating.

Sky/weather.........Partly sunny (55-65 percent). Slight chance of
                    showers and thunderstorms early in the morning.
                    Slight chance of showers and thunderstorms
                    early in the afternoon, then chance of showers
                    and thunderstorms late in the afternoon.
CWR.................20 percent decreasing to 10 percent in the
                    morning, then increasing to 20 percent early in
                    the afternoon increasing to 50 percent late in
                    the afternoon.
