.DISCUSSION...
Winds will be predominately out of the south to south-southwest most of
the day, with wind speeds increasing to near 15-20 mph by noon. Humidity will
be a limiting factor for spread potential, only dropping to near 50 percent
by the afternoon. There is some uncertainty with how low humidity will drop
and will depend on cloud cover clearing by the afternoon. If cloud cover
remains into the afternoon, humidity will be higher. Winds are expected to
drop to 10 mph or less after sunset.

sunny (15-25 percent). Areas of fog early in
the morning, then patchy fog late in the
morning. Periods of drizzle early in the
