Hot temperatures with RHs falling to around 20 percent today will
rebound into the 70s by sunrise Saturday, while southerly winds hold
around 10 mph or less. Dry lightning will again be possible with any
storms this afternoon and evening on the Caprock, before these
chances focus closer to the TX and NM border for Saturday afternoon.
