.DISCUSSION...
Fire weather concerns remain low with the recent rainfall. South to
southeasterly winds will prevail for the next 48 hours. Temperatures
will reach the 90s this afternoon and Tuesday. Precipitation chances
return later this afternoon and evening mainly across the far
southwestern Texas Panhandle and northern Rolling Plains. Minimum RH
values will be around 20 to 20 percent for the rest of today as well
as Tuesday. Widespread precipitation chances return overnight
Tuesday and are expected to prolong through the rest of the week.
