.DISCUSSION...
After the drier low level conditions in place today, we are expecting
an increase in near-surface RH values to 30 to 50 pct on Thursday
along with light winds. Outflow boundaries from storms to our north
will act as a weak front bringing winds around to the north around
sunrise Thursday morning through remaining light.
