.DISCUSSION...
Warm temperatures this afternoon will bring relative humidity values
down below 30 percent area wide with lower 20s on the caprock.
However, recent widespread rainfall will keep fire weather concerns
now. Much warmer temperatures are expected for Thursday afternoon
with near record highs. Relative humidity values will drop into the
teens area wide on Thursday afternoon due to the hot temperatures.
Additionally, southwesterly winds will increase to between 10-15 mph
during the afternoon hours.
