.DISCUSSION...
Light southerly winds will continue this afternoon with chances
for thunderstorms favoring much of the Caprock and far southern
panhandle through this evening. Strong gusts, heavy rain and
some dry lightning will all be possible. Drier conditions return
on Wednesday with breezy southerly winds around 15 mph and gusts
of 25 to 30 mph. Overnight RH recoveries will be highest in the far
southwest panhandle (upper 90s) and lowest in the 60s in the
southern Rolling Plains. Wednesday`s RHs will fall into the 20s
and 30s.
