Cool northerly winds today will turn southwest for Monday and
increase to 15 to 20 mph on the Caprock by the afternoon with
minimum RHs in the 20s and 30s. ERCs remain below normal but
will increase by Tuesday as milder and breezier conditions
develop. This could support elevated fire concerns by Tuesday
for much of the forecast area.
