An upper level disturbance moving across the region early Thursday
will bring a chance for precipitation, mainly in the form of light
snow and favoring areas along and north of a Morton to Silverton
line. Temperatures will be cold and well below normal. Temperatures
will moderate Friday as sunshine and west to southwest winds return
with highs close to seasonal normals.
