.DISCUSSION...
Following fair to good RH recovery this morning, another warm
afternoon will cause the RH to drop to around 20% near the Texas/New
Mexico state line, while further east the humidity will bottom out
at 25% to 30%. Similar conditions will follow again on Sunday, as
warm and dry conditions persist. Additionally, southerly winds will
increase to breezy levels today (sustained around 15-20 mph), and
remain elevated through Sunday.
