.DISCUSSION...
Low relative humidity will be confined to areas to the southwest of
Lubbock on Sunday afternoon as the dryline is only expected to move
as far east as US Highway 87 from Lubbock southward and as a cold
front moves into the northern South Plains. Wind speeds will remain
below 15 mph and fuels unfavorable for rapid wildfire growth, so
fire weather concerns remain small.
