.DISCUSSION...
There are no fire weather concerns due to the widespread heavy
rainfall last night. Westerly winds will remain light across the
Caprock this afternoon, while light easterly winds persist to the
east of a well-defined surface boundary. RH recovery of 100 percent
is expected tonight, with winds shifting to the northwest following
the passage of a weak cold front tomorrow morning. Cooler than
normal temperatures will continue Thursday with generally light
north winds.
