...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT FROM EARLY THIS MORNING UNTIL FURTHER
NOTICE...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Double Mountain Fork Brazos near Lubbock 4ESE.

* WHEN...From early this morning until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 11.0 feet, flooding over FM-835 just west of Buffalo
  Springs requires closure of the highway. Flooding of loop road
  around the west end of Buffalo Springs Lake is also likely. The
  onset of flooding at FM-835 may be delayed by 4 to 6 hours after
  the river gauge at Southeast Loop 289 exceeds 11 feet or about
  1000 CFS.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - The stage fell from a peak of 11.92 feet last night to 10.2
    feet as of 430 AM Friday.
  - Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet.
  - Forecast...No forecast is available for this location.
  - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
