...FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 AM CDT EARLY THIS
MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Southeastern Castro County in the Panhandle of Texas.

* WHEN...Until 300 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 153 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated that the heaviest rain
    has ended. However, overflowing poor drainage areas have
    already caused minor flooding in the advisory area. Up to 3
    inches of rain have fallen.
  - Flooding impacts will continue, but only small amounts of
    additional rainfall are expected.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Hart.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
