...The National Weather Service in Lubbock has issued a Flood
Advisory for the following rivers in Texas...

  Double Mountain Fork Brazos near Lubbock 4ESE affecting Lubbock
  County.

For the Double Mountain Fork Brazos...including Justiceburg,
Aspermont 10S, Lubbock 4ESE...elevated river levels are forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you encounter a flooded roadway, turn around and find an
alternative route.

...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM THIS EVENING UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Double Mountain Fork Brazos near Lubbock 4ESE.

* WHEN...From this evening until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 11.0 feet, Flooding over FM-835 just west of Buffalo
  Springs will likely require closure of the highway. Flooding of
  loop road around west end of Buffalo Springs Lake also likely. The
  onset of flooding at FM-835 may be delayed by 4 to 6 hours after
  the river gauge at Southeast Loop 289 exceeds 11 feet or about
  1000 CFS.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:45 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 10.6 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet.
  - Forecast...No forecast is available for this location.
  - Action stage is 10.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
