Swisher County in the panhandle of Texas... * Until 300 AM CDT. * At 1239 AM CDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated slow-moving thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to 1.5 inches of rain have fallen, especially in the Dimmitt area. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are forecast. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
