...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM 4 PM CDT THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH SUNDAY
MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...The far southern Texas Panhandle, South Plains, and
  Rolling Plains.

* WHEN...From 4 PM CDT this afternoon through Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water
  crossings may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - High amounts of moisture will allow thunderstorms to produce
    heavy rainfall that can quickly result in flooding.
