.DISCUSSION...
The mixing height is not expected to climb above 1700 feet until after
Noon, but smoke dispersion is expected remain poor because of stable
conditions and relatively weak winds today.  Temperatures today will be
warm for early Feburary will highs close to 70 and the minimum relative
humidty will be near 40 percent.  A cold front will move through the burn
site between 4 and 6 pm causing the winds to shift from southwest to
north.  Tempeatures tomorrow will be cooler with highs only in the
40s with a minimum relative humidity in the 55 to 60 percent range.
Smoke dispersion is expected to be poor tomorrow morning but improve
slightly to marginal in the afternoon.
