.DISCUSSION...
Light south-southeast winds will turn to the south-southwest between
900 and 1000 AM.  Mixing heights will be very low at ignition, only
between 300-500 feet, and will be slow to rise today.  Mixing heights
may not exceed 1400 feet until 11 AM, however maximum mixing heights
look to be over 5000 feet this afternoon.  With that in mind, boundary
layer winds will be fairly light, and smoke dispersal will be poor until
higher mixing heights can be achieved this afternoon with relatively
unstable low levels.
