It will be cloudy this morning and early this afternoon.  Clouds may
break up as early as 200-300 PM, however there is a chance the
clouds could linger.  Southwest winds around 10 mph will prevail today with
gusts up to 15 to 20 mph late this morning into the early afternoon. Mixing
heights are not expected to rise above 1700 feet until at least 1000-1100 AM
and will not rise to the max of 3500 feet until the clouds break up later
this afternoon.
