Early this morning surface winds will be light out of the
southeast slowly increasing in magnitude after sunrise until the
late evening when they become lighter again. High temperatures
this afternoon will be in the upper 50s with minimum relative
humidity values reaching the low 30s or even upper 20s for a brief
period this afternoon. Winds will be light and southeasterly
tonight and into Friday with clouds expected to exit the area to
the east late this evening and overnight.
