.DISCUSSION...
Hot and moderately humid conditions can be expected again today,
with light southerly winds. Aside from the impacts to the fire
environment, you can expect heat index values to remain in the 90s
to near 100 degrees throughout the burn window today. Moderately
unstable conditions can be expected in the fire environment due to
deep mixing, but light winds may limit smoke dispersion somewhat.
While dry conditions are most likely, there is a low probability
scenario that could lead to a stray shower or thunderstorm late in
the afternoon and evening. While unlikely, this situation cannot
be completely discounted, as any such storm may be capable of
producing gusty winds, bursts of heavy rain, and lightning.

Calm winds and good humidity recovery can be expected overnight.
Similar heat and humidity can be expected tomorrow afternoon as
well, with a slight increase in southerly wind speeds and likewise
and modest improvement in smoke dispersion.
