Temperatures will warm a few degrees higher than yesterday, resulting in
high temperatures in the mid 80s. Increasing moisture will keep RH values
from getting too low, reaching into the upper 40s% by mid-afternoon. The
mixed layer will break 1500 ft around 10 am, increasing to around 5,200 ft
by 12 PM. Winds will be light and variable through the day not just at the
surface, but also through the mixed layer, which will reduce smoke dispersion.
