South to southwest winds will keep warm and humid weather over
the area through at least Wednesday. There may be some showers or
thunderstorms late tonight into Monday morning across parts of
northeast Missouri into west central Illinois, otherwise the
beginning of the week is expected to be dry. Rain chances
increase late Wednesday and cooler temperatures are possible by
the end of the week. However there is still a good deal of
uncertainty in the forecast beyond Wednesday, and above normal
temperatures and high humidity could linger through the end of
the week.
