Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Eastern/Central MO and Southwest IL

Relatively cool and dry weather will continue through the day
today as winds hold out of the northeast. Rain chances return to
portions of the area Monday - mainly over southwestern and
south-central Illinois. Here, thunderstorms capable of locally
heavy rainfall are forecast. Similar rain chances are forecast
for the same area Tuesday. Winds become southerly by the middle
of the week, with temperatures and humidity levels becoming more
summer-like by the end of the week.
