.DISCUSSION...
Mild temperatures and southwest winds are expected to continue today
through Tuesday. Once the remaining snow is melted, the warm southwest
flow along with the increasingly strong late-winter sun will allow
for some drying of fuels, although the minimum relative humidity will
likely not drop below 40 percent. The next chance for rain (20-40%) will
be on Wednesday as a cold front moves through the area. Temperatures
will drop a bit behind the front for Thursday and Friday, although highs
are expected to remain near or above normal for late February.
