.DISCUSSION...
Southerly winds with gusts upwards to 25 - 30 mph are forecasted
Saturday with well above normal temperatures and mixing heights
between 3500 - 4500 feet AGL. Saturday minimum relative humidity
values are forecasted to be 33-50%, with the lowest values across
central Missouri through west-central Illinois. A dry cold front
will trek across the area early Sunday with gusty northwesterly
winds in its wake. On Sunday, minimum relative humidity
values are forecasted to be 20-30%. These conditions will result
in isolated elevated fire danger with finer dead fuels primarily
north of I-70.
