A cold front stalls across the region today. North of the front
it will remain cold, but to the south it will be considerably
more mild. Precipitation chances Sunday morning have decreased
considerably as the storm system has shifted northward. However,
we will still see a strong cold front send the temperature
plunging during the afternoon with the cold air hanging on
through Monday. A rapid warm up on Tuesday is expected in a dry
southwesterly flow, but this warm up is also temporary as another
cool down is expected later in the week.
