.DISCUSSION...
Dry conditions are favored through at least early Saturday with
increasing chances for showers and thunderstorms late Saturday
into Sunday. The upcoming week remains active with the potential
for scattered showers and thunderstorms each day. Activity will
peak during afternoon heating, while dissipating in the overnight
hours. The warm and dry conditions today and Saturday will support
deep mixing with minimum RH values generally 40-50%. Ventilation
rates will initially be poor but will improve Saturday as flow
increases ahead of an approaching cold front.
