...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Missouri...Illinois...

  Mississippi River at Clarksville.

  Mississippi River at Louisiana.

River forecasts are based on observed precipitation and forecast
precipitation for the next 24 hours.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Mississippi River at Clarksville.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 25.5 feet, State Route P east of Elsberry begins
  flooding just east of the levee.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 11:30 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 25.1 feet and rising.
  - Recent Activity...The river rose above flood stage on the
    morning of July 28. It first crested near 26.5 feet on the
    evening of July 29 before falling.
  - Forecast...The river will rise to a crest near 25.7 feet
    early Monday afternoon before beginning a slow fall.
  - Flood stage is 25.0 feet.

  - At 11:30 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 15.0 feet and rising.
  - Recent Activity...The river rose above flood stage this
    morning.
  - Forecast...The river will rise to a crest near 15.6 feet
    early Monday afternoon before beginning a slow fall.
  - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
