* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Mississippi River at Clarksville.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 29.0 feet, Water enters the parking lot entrance at
  the Clarksville Riverfront Park.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 11:30 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 25.5 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 11:30 AM CDT Wednesday was 26.3 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    tomorrow evening and continue rising to a crest of 29.2 feet
    Monday evening.
  - Flood stage is 25.0 feet.
