  possible.

* WHERE...A portion of southeast Missouri, including the following
  area, Reynolds MO.

* WHEN...Until 1 PM CDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Showers and thunderstorms will be capable of 1-3" of rainfall
    with locally higher amounts possible.
