including the following areas, Adams IL, Brown IL and Pike IL and
Missouri, including the following areas, Audrain MO, Knox MO, Lewis
MO, Marion MO, Monroe MO, Pike MO, Ralls MO and Shelby MO.

While isolated instances of heavy rain remain possible this morning,
flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to
heed remaining road closures.
