...Rises on the Lower San Joaquin River System...

.Active weather will bring precipitation and thunderstorms to
Northern California today. Rises on the Lower San Joaquin River
System can be anticipated as a result, with Michigan Bar and
McConnell on the Cosumnes expected to reach action/monitor stage
Wednesday morning. Waters are then expected to recede Thursday
afternoon.

Forecasts are based on present and forecasted meteorological and
hydrologic conditions at time of issuance.

Unlisted forecast points are expected to remain below monitor stage.
All those affected by river conditions should remain alert for rapid
changes and for possible forecast revisions.

 Michigan Bar 4/21 12:30 stage 5.3 ft
Forecast to fluctuate near 5.5 FT into late this afternoon then
forecast to rise above monitor stage of 7.0 FT just after midnight
tonight then forecast to rise to near 7.0 FT just after midnight
tonight then forecast to fall below monitor stage of 7.0 FT late
tomorrow morning then forecast to recede to near 6.0 FT early
Thursday afternoon.
 Monitor stage 7.0 ft, Flood stage 12.0

Forecast to fluctuate near 30.5 FT into late this afternoon then
forecast to rise above monitor stage of 38.5 FT late tonight then
forecast to rise to near 41.0 FT tomorrow afternoon then forecast to
recede to near 39.5 FT early Thursday afternoon.
 Monitor stage 38.5 ft, Flood stage 44.5
Impact for McConnell...Near 38.5 feet, Monitor Stage.
