...Gradually Receding Waters on the Lower Sacramento River...

.As runoff from the recent storms continues to work through the
river system, gradually receding but still elevated flows continue
along the mainstem river and its tributaries. The Fremont Weir is
presently spilling-over into the Yolo Bypass, and is expected to do
so through the forecast period. For the latest river forecasts
throughout California, please visit cnrfc.noaa.gov.

Forecasts are based on present and forecasted meteorological and
hydrologic conditions at time of issuance.

Unlisted forecast points are expected to remain below monitor stage.
All those affected by river conditions should remain alert for rapid
changes and for possible forecast revisions.

Sacramento River At
 Fremont Weir 2/22 7:15 stage 33.5 ft
Present overflow depth is about 1.5 FT then overflow to remain near
depth of 1.1 FT into Monday morning.
 Monitor stage 32.0 ft, Flood stage 39.5
Impact for Fremont Weir...Near 33.1 feet, At one foot of overflow,
the river road to Woodland is closed due to flooding.
Near 32.0 feet, Fremont Weir crest elevation. Overflow begins into
the Yolo Bypass flooding agricultural lands.

Forecast to fluctuate near 32.5 FT into late tomorrow morning then
forecast to recede to near 32.0 FT early tomorrow afternoon then
forecast to fluctuate near 32.0 FT into Monday morning.
 Monitor stage MSG ft, Flood stage 41.3

 I Street Bridge 2/22 7:00 stage 23.2 ft
 Forecast to recede to near 22.5 FT tomorrow afternoon.
 Monitor stage 27.5 ft, Flood stage 33.5
Impact for I Street Bridge...Near 21.4 feet, Discovery Park is
closed to the public.

Yolo Bypass At
 Lisbon 2/22 7:15 stage 16.4 ft
Forecast to fluctuate near 16.5 FT into late this afternoon then
forecast to recede to near 15.5 FT late tomorrow evening.
 Monitor stage 13.0 ft, Flood stage 19.0
Impact for Lisbon...Near 12.0 feet, County Road 107 is flooded.
Near 9.5 feet, Yolo Bypass flooding extends 1/4 mile west. No
structural damage is occurring.
Near 10.5 feet, Local roads on the east side of the Yolo Bypass
south of the I-80 causeway are flooded.
Near 11.0 feet, Glide In Ranch & Mound Farms begin to flood.
Near 13.0 feet, Flood waters extend approximately 1 mile west of the
tow drain downstream of the Lisbon gage.
Near 14.0 feet, Skyrakers Duck Club ponds begin to flood.
Near 15.0 feet, County Road 155 is flooded west of the Golden Sprig
Duck Club.
Near 16.0 feet, Glide In Ranch is completely flooded.
