Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum. .SYNOPSIS... 30.1 inch ridging maintains over Lake Superior today while a broad 30.3 inch high settles over the Canadian Prairies. This high slowly shifts toward the Great Lakes tonight through Wednesday night, becoming centered over Lake Superior by Thursday night, then maintains its strength at 30.3 to 30.4 inches over the Great Lakes through Saturday before weakening to 30.2 inches and moving toward the Eastern Seaboard on Sunday.
