average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...As 30.5 inch high pressure over Saskatchewan drops
southeast, reaching southern Manitoba this evening, a 29.7 inch low

high will then pass just north of Lake Superior during tonight. As
the high shifts to the Lower Great Lakes by Saturday evening, broad
29.7 inch low pressure will emerge over the Northern Plains. This
low will then track east-northeast, passing just north of Lake
Superior during Sunday night at a pressure of 29.6 inches. As the
low tracks to the Canadian Maritimes by Monday evening, 30.8 inch
high pressure over the southern Canadian Rockies will extend 30.2
inch ridging to the Great Lakes. As the high remains nearly
stationary and weakens to 30.7 inches on Tuesday, the ridge will
build to 30.4 inches as it lifts north into the northern portion of
the Great Lakes region.
