For waters beyond 5 nautical miles of shore on Lake Superior.

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the
highest 1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the
average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...Tonight and Saturday, a 29.6 inch trough will develop
and stretch from the Mid-Atlantic States to James Bay while a
30.1 inch ridge over the Plains States drifts to the Mississippi
Valley. The ridge will weaken further to 30.0 inches as it shifts
across the Upper Great Lakes Saturday night and early Sunday. A
29.7 inch low developing over Colorado and Kansas on Sunday will
then lift northeast, reaching the Upper Great Lakes on Monday. As
the low deepens to 29.5 inches while tracking to southern Quebec
on Tuesday, 30.3 inch high pressure will build southeast into the
Middle Mississippi River Valley. The low will continue to track to
the north Tuesday night and Wednesday as the 30.2 inch high
pushes into the Ohio River Valley.
