Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum. .SYNOPSIS... The A 29.8 inch low will continue to slowly move east over eastern Ontario today reaching western Quebec by Thursday morning. A broad 29.9 inch trough over the Upper Great Lakes will shift east as the low departs Ontario tonight and a 29.9 inch ridge will move into the area, building to 30.0 inches by Friday afternoon. Ridging will build to 30.1 inches for Sunday night and Monday.
