Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum. .SYNOPSIS...Ridging over the Upper Great Lakes strengthens to 30.3 inches by tonight and persists into Monday evening. A 30.0 inch low pressure lifting through the Lower Midwest decreases the ridge strength back to 30.2 inches Monday night and lasts into Wednesday next week. This weak 30.0 inch low then lifts northeast over the Great Lakes Wednesday night through Thursday.
