At 1100 AM PST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Hancock Park, or near Beverly Hills. This storm was nearly
stationary.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. Brief heavy downpour possible.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Trees will fall more easily due to
         saturated soil.
