DISCUSSION:

It will be dry through early Friday afternoon. Two impulses will
bring rain to the area. One Friday evening through Saturday
afternoon and a second Sunday evening through Monday afternoon. A
chance of rain will remain inbetween the two storms.

The most likely rainfall amounts will be .5 to 1.00 inches for areas
N of Pt Conception, and .25 to .75 inches to 1.00 inches south.
There is only low to moderate confidence in these numbers and they
will likely evolve with time. There is still a 15 percent chc that
the rainfall will be double these amounts.
