DISCUSSION:

An upper low and frontal system will bring rain to most areas
Saturday. There will be increasing instability in the afteroon and
there is a chance of thunderstorms, mainly northern areas and
mountains.

Rainfall totals of one quarter to three quarters of an inch are
expected across the region, with local totals up to one inch from
southern Santa Barbara County through Ventura County and into
western Los Angeles County. Snow levels will be between 4500 and
5500 feet
