Tropical moisture will continue to stream over the area and bring
a slight chance of thunderstorms to the coastal waters through
this afternoon, with storms developing over the southern coastal
waters this morning, moving to the northeast. Any thunderstorm
that forms will be capable of producing locally gale force winds
and rough seas, dangerous lightning, and brief heavy rainfall with
reduced visibility.
