...DENSE FOG TO AFFECT THE COASTAL WATERS THROUGH TUESDAY MORNING...

Mariners should be prepared for abrupt changes in visibility and
visibility under one nautical mile due to dense fog over the
coastal waters. Reduce speeds and be on the lookout for exposed
rocks and other vessels, including large ships in the shipping
lanes. Use radar or GPS navigation if available, and consider
remaining in harbor if such equipment is unavailable. Conditions
are anticipated to improve in the late morning hours, but areas of
patchy fog may linger later into the early afternoon.
