...Isolated thunderstorms possible from this afternoon through
Friday evening...

A moist and unstable air mass associated with rapidly weakening
Tropical Cyclone Priscilla off the Baja California coast will
bring a slight chance of thunderstorms to the inner waters
adjacent to Los Angeles and Orange Counties through Friday evening.

Any thunderstorm that forms will be capable of producing locally
gale force winds and rough seas, dangerous lightning, and heavy
rainfall with reduced visibility, and even a waterspout.
