            the Pacific Coast Highway.

            Waves overtopped seawall and boardwalk,
            clogging pumps for neighborhood, and
            flooding 12 garages, despite proactive
            measures from fire department and community.
            Waves also continuously undercut the
            boardwalk and houses, bringing structural
            integrity into question. One house is
            damaged and requires shoring and may need to
            be red-tagged.
