.DISCUSSION...

Warm and dry conditions accompanied by gusty northeast winds and
low relative humidities (RH) are expected Friday and Saturday, with
winds decreasing in speed Saturday afternoon, but still remaining
offshore through Sunday morning. Confidence levels in max/min wind
speeds and RH values is moderate this far out (+/- 5-10
mph/percent). A reversal to onshore flow Sunday afternoon will bring
cooler temperatures and higher relative humidities along with gusty
southwest to west winds.

Min humidity........20-25 percent.
Eye level winds.....Northeast winds 10-15 mph with gusts 15-20 mph
                    in the morning, becoming 7-10 mph with gusts 12-18
