Clear skies with warm and dry conditions will continue to affect the
Rx area through the period. However, as winds shift from northeasterly
today to westerly on Monday, the humidities will begin to improve,
including somewhat higher recoveries tonight. Winds are expected
to become gusty west/onshore Monday afternoon with gusts 20-25 mph.

Min humidity........10-13 percent.
Eye level winds.....Northeast winds 3 to 5 mph shifting to the
                    south to southwest in the afternoon.
Wind (20 ft)........Northeast winds 8 to 15 mph shifting to the

Ridgetop wind.......Northeast winds 10 to 15 mph becoming south
