A disorganized marine layer will lead to low clouds coming in and
out over night. Light drizzle is possible with low clouds. High
confidence in onshore fly lightening overnight, with a 30% chance
for winds to turn more south-southeast by around 3am, but winds will
remain fairly light. High confidence in stronger onshore winds
tomorrow, increasing to west 15 to 20 mph with gusts to 28 mph in
the afternoon.
