.DISCUSSION...
Cool and moist conditions with light south to southeast winds are
expected through the period. Rain is likely each 12 hour period through
Friday afternoon, but most of the rain will be light with rainfall rates
of 0.10 to 0.25 inch per hour or less. The exception will be a chance
of moderate rainfall from around 10 PM Thursday evening through 0400
Friday morning. During this time rainfall rates could increase to 0.25
to 0.50 inch per hour, at least briefly. The storm total rainfall from
early Wednesday through Friday afternoon will be around 0.95 inch at
the spot location, with potential for around 1.25 inches over the burn
scar. There is a 10 percent chance of rain Friday evening, then less
than 5 percent late Friday night and Saturday. Skies are expected to
clear through Friday night with slight warming on Saturday.

                    morning, then rain likely (70% chance) in the
