.DISCUSSION...
Conditions will change little from today into Saturday, with max
temperatures just a degree or two higher and little change in the
minimum humidities. A deep marine layer combined with steady onshore
flow will keep the humidities in the upper 30s to near 40 percent,
with a chance of minimum humidities between 40 to 45 percent. Winds
will increase in the afternoon to evening hours, with peak gusts
around 25 mph. Good humidity recoveries are expected Saturday night,
and winds will decrease as they become more westerly overnight.

Max temperature.....79-83.
Min humidity........35-40 percent.
Eye level winds.....Southwest winds 4 to 6 mph increasing to 6 to
                    8 mph with gusts to 12 mph in the afternoon.
Wind (20 ft)........Southwest winds 8 to 12 mph increasing to 12 to
                    16 mph with gusts to 25 mph in the afternoon.
Ridgetop wind.......Southwest winds 10 to 15 mph increasing to
                    15 to 20 mph with gusts to 25 mph.
