.DISCUSSION...Northeast winds around 20 mph with gusts to
around 30 mph along the ridgetops this afternoon will weaken
to around 10 mph by late tonight. Lower elevations, especially
below 6000 feet will become increasingly sheltered from the
winds aloft and more terrain driven this evening and
especially overnight.
